Pinnacle Portfolio successfully completed a major cleaning project at Rath Rua,
providing professional external cleaning services across a large residential
development of approximately 200 houses and apartments.
The project was carried out for AF Construction,
with the development associated with Glenveagh Homes.
Following the wider construction works, our team focused on the external areas
of the development, helping to bring pavements, paths and surrounding hard
surfaces to a clean and presentable standard.
Cleaning on this scale requires a structured approach and the ability to
maintain consistent results across a large number of properties. Our team
worked across the development systematically, focusing on the visible external
areas surrounding the homes.
With approximately 200 houses and apartments involved, Rath Rua represents
one of the larger residential projects completed by Pinnacle Portfolio and
demonstrates our ability to provide reliable exterior cleaning across an
extensive development.

Large-Scale Cleaning
With Consistent Results
When a residential development contains hundreds of homes, the external areas
can represent a significant cleaning requirement. Pavements, paths and other
hard surfaces need to be treated systematically to achieve a consistent

For Rath Rua, Pinnacle Portfolio worked across the development with a clear
focus on the external presentation of the properties. Our team concentrated on
