Transforming External Areas
Across 38 Residential Units
Pinnacle Portfolio was brought in to complete external cleaning works at
Loreto Terrace in Rathfarnham, Dublin, as part of a residential development
delivered by AF Construction.
Following the completion of the construction and internal cleaning stages,
our team focused on the external areas of the development, including
pavements, paths and exterior surfaces across the residential scheme.
With 38 residential units within the development, the external areas formed
an important part of the overall presentation of the finished project. Our
work focused on removing accumulated dirt and construction-related residue
from hard surfaces and restoring a clean, well-maintained appearance
throughout the development.
The project required a thorough and methodical approach across the external
areas, ensuring that the pavements and surrounding surfaces complemented the
newly completed residential properties.

Attention to Detail
Beyond the Front Door
A newly completed residential development can look very different once the
external areas have been properly cleaned. Pavements, paths and surrounding
hard surfaces can retain significant amounts of dirt and residue following
construction work.
For Loreto Terrace, our team focused on these external areas after the main
construction cleaning had been completed. We worked carefully across the
development to improve the appearance of the outdoor surfaces and create a
cleaner, more finished environment around the homes.
The result was an external presentation that better reflected the quality of
the completed residential development.
Pavements and paths are among the most visible areas of a residential
development and can quickly show the effects of construction activity and
general site traffic. Our team cleaned these hard surfaces throughout the
development, removing dirt and residue and improving their overall appearance.
