Professional Cleaning
Across Eight Social Homes
Pinnacle Portfolio was contracted to provide professional cleaning services across
eight properties connected with Tuath Housing,
one of Ireland’s leading Approved Housing Bodies.
The project, finished on May 30, 2026, involved preparing multiple residential properties to a high standard, with attention to the condition and presentation of each home.
Working across several properties requires more than completing individual
cleaning tasks — it requires reliable scheduling, consistent standards and a team
that can adapt to the requirements of each property.
Our team carried out the required cleaning across all eight houses, focusing on
the areas that have the greatest impact on the overall presentation of a property.
The aim was to leave each home clean, presentable and ready for its next stage.
For a housing provider responsible for delivering and maintaining quality homes,
consistent property standards are particularly important. Our role was to provide
a dependable cleaning service that could support that process across the full
portfolio.
